Shanghai Seaport Comprehensivw Economic Development Zone, an integrated economic park actively accepting the radiation of Shanghai International Shipping Center Yangshan Deepwater Harbor Area, is established by Shanghai Fengxian District Committee and Government, with initiative to carry out the economic development strategy of "Two Points & One Line in Four Directions." Its construction will certainly play a nonreplaceable role in pushing the development of the Shipping Center. 　　The Development Zone is located on the southeast outskirts of Shanghai, with overall planning of 15 square kilometers. The Zone has Hu-Lu Expressway (A2) under construction in the east and Suburb Circle Expressway (A30) in the north, with the under-constructed Pudong Railway and Hangzhou Bay Freight Railway penetrated.
